Andrew dressed in protective equipment including gloves, mask, gown and apron before spending ten minutes at his father's bedside.
Mr Lunn's daughter Susan Adams, 69, of Masham near Ripon, will be unable to attend her father's funeral as her husband John, 69, is on the high risk register and she is isolating with him for 12 weeks.
Mr Lunn played football for Northfield Avenue football team - which later became Carlton Athletic Football Club - until he was in his forties.

Mrs Adams, said: "He had a long and happy life. He was content. He was very independent and people used to say he looked younger. They couldn't believe he was in his nineties.
"He lived quietly. He loved watching Carlton football and cricket. He loved his garden. His garden was his life in later years, I think it kept him going."
Mrs Adams said her father, whose wife Marcia died aged 82 in 2010, was a lifelong Leeds United fan.
