A courageous Leeds United fan required an emergency operation - after celebrating the winning goal so hard his feeding tube came out against Milwall.
Seven-year-old Riley Ross - who was pictured being hugged by Marcelo Bielsa pre-match - jumped from his wheelchair when Leeds United scored the winning third goal.
However, in the process of celebrating, Riley accidentally ripped out a button in his stomach which was attached to his milk feeding device.
